When I was a teenager I had a diary in which I wrote every evening when the day was over. Usually I wrote about how was my day and what happened with me.
I try to reflect for blogging as a same way – so I will try to write posts honestly for you guys 🙂 !

As you can see there I wrote that I have different kind of hobbies like sports and everything which has a connection to healthy lifestyle.
I really like cooking healthy meals – but not like instagram fancy foods 😀 – I do not take photos of my foods.
Besides sports and cooking I also like reading. I mostly read self improvement and motivational books. Maybe I will recommend you my favourites in one of my later posts.
