I thought a lot about what contect should I share with you guys and I found a really good infographics online about losing weight.
On the following picture you can see 10 useful tips which can help you lose weight by pay attention to your metabolism.
Below the graphics I am going to deal with all of the points one by one.
Of course exercise is one of the most important factor when you try to get rid of the useless kilogramms. But I think it is also matter what kind of exercise do you do. Simple walking is not grueling enough. But if you combine walking with a few minutes running you can burn much more fat because in this way you can boost your metabolic rate.
2. Healthy Fats
You do not have to avoid all of the fats during your diet. When I have a bad period and I have to pay much more attention I usually eat avocados too.
The picture shows you all of the aspects why protein is really good and useful during your diet. Check it 🙂
4. Green Vegetables
On the infographics you can see many examples which dark green veggies are great. I prefer spinach from them. i usually make smoothie with it and its great!
5. Hot and spicy foods
I have never heard of this – do you? If you have some personal experience about how spicy foods helps you to succeed please do not hesitate to write me! 🙂
It is sure apple is healthy and great but honestly I really do not like it. (because my stomach is burn from it). But hey, eat apple if you like it – it is great in the morning and in the afternoon too.
7. Green tea
Green tea, green tea, green tea … YEAH! I really like it! I always drink 2-3 mugs at the evening. It helps to calm my stomach.
I do not want to bore you with the importance of drinking. But anyway. If you are on a diet or not you should also take care of how much water do you drink. Always drink 2-3 liters a day!
9. Avoid late night eating
Of course. And the picture tells you why – if you do not know :).
10. Reduce stress
As you can read if you are stressful your body holds some extra fat because is assumes that tough times will come. Because of that it is hard to loose weight. Try to meditate or excercise regularly in order to avoid stress.Read More

Actually this is my very first post here what you are just reading 🙂 !
I thought a lot about how should I start blogging and I read a lots of sites for advice.
You can find various tips about every aspects of blogging around but I think the most important thing is that you should have you own voice.
When I was a teenager I had a diary in which I wrote every evening when the day was over. Usually I wrote about how was my day and what happened with me.
I try to reflect for blogging as a same way – so I will try to write posts honestly for you guys 🙂 !
First of all if you are new here you should check the about me section where you can find a little overview about me and my personal story.
As you can see there I wrote that I have different kind of hobbies like sports and everything which has a connection to healthy lifestyle.
I really like cooking healthy meals – but not like instagram fancy foods 😀 – I do not take photos of my foods.
Besides sports and cooking I also like reading. I mostly read self improvement and motivational books. Maybe I will recommend you my favourites in one of my later posts.
